The recent passing of Jean Giraud, better known as Moebius, has moved me to take a look through my shelf of art books, starting with his. His color work is amazing, and you can find wonderful examples of it on an image search, but I think what I really like is his line work. As a whole his drawings are a bit too detached and serene for me, but they’re also fantastical in a way not many artists manage and great for inspiration.
